Draft privacy notice, version 2026-09-24. This describes the founder-reservation website only. A complete public policy, including verified SOCii Pty Ltd contact details and confirmed provider retention and processing locations, is required before public enrolment.
Who is responsible
Antix is a product in development by SOCii Pty Ltd. The person who asked you to review this site is the contact for privacy enquiries until a dedicated public contact is published. Proposed processors for this stack are Clerk (authentication) and Convex (persona records). Both are US-domiciled services. Processing may occur outside Australia. This notice does not claim Australian-only data residency or immunity from foreign legal access, including CLOUD Act exposure.

- Telephone or other verified contact channel
- Named privacy contact
- Confirmed Clerk and Convex processing regions and subprocessors
- Backup and log retention periods
- Production custom domain and DNS cutover
What this site collects
- The account identifier and email supplied by Clerk when you sign in. Email remains in Clerk unless a later, disclosed process copies it.
- Your chosen handle and display name, founder status, registration time, last update time, and the accepted policy version.
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older, stored as a boolean on the reservation record.
These details are saved when you submit the reservation. This application does not ask for your password, government ID, legal name, date of birth, contacts or location. Infrastructure providers may separately process network information such as IP addresses and operational logs to deliver and secure the service.
Why we use it
To associate you with your reservation, enforce unique handles, maintain founder status, and allow you to return, edit, export or delete your record. No optional marketing list, advertising pixel or analytics tracker has been added to this site. This site does not send launch emails unless a delivery service is connected and tested.
Who can see it
Your record is returned only to its signed-in account through the application. There is no public persona directory on this site. The chosen handle and display name are intended to become public on the future platform; email is not. Operators and service providers may have administrative access needed to operate or secure the service. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.
Storage and international processing
Persona records are stored in Convex, rather than only on your device. Clerk handles sessions and credentials. Provider regions, subprocessors and backup retention need confirmation for the final public policy. Do not assume Australian hosting.
Retention and deletion
The active reservation remains until you delete it or the operator closes this pre-launch service. You can delete it immediately from your persona; this removes the application record and releases your handle. Infrastructure logs and backups follow provider retention, which this site does not directly control. Deleting the persona does not delete your Clerk account. The operator should review remaining records before migration or closure rather than retain an abandoned preview indefinitely.
Access and correction
Sign in to view, change or export your record. For other access, correction or complaint requests, contact the person who asked you to review this site until a public contact is published. Where Australian privacy law applies, unresolved privacy complaints may be raised with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Future identity verification is separate
The launch plan involves private adult identity verification before social participation. It is not implemented here. Provider selection, document handling, retention, disclosure rules and security controls must be described in a new collection notice before identity information is requested. A reservation is not consent to that future collection.
Changes
This version is dated 24 September 2026. Any material new uses or collection must be explained before they begin. The mystery belongs in the product reveal, not in the privacy notice.
