Draft reservation terms, version 2026-09-24. This is a pre-launch reservation service, not the launched Antix social network. These terms are not a finished public contract. Public enrolment should stay closed until the missing business details below are published and counsel reviews the final text.

1. What you are reserving
Antix is a product in development by SOCii Pty Ltd. Creating a persona records a handle, display name, founder reservation, accepted policy version and registration time against your sign-in. It does not buy shares, ownership, a financial return, permanent free service or guaranteed availability.
2. Eligibility and your persona
You must be at least 18 to reserve. Use one account, protect your sign-in and do not impersonate another person or organisation, infringe their rights, or register handles for resale. Handles are unique within this reservation service. Administrative and brand handles are reserved. No government ID is collected or checked in this registration.
3. Founder status and launch access
Founder status recognises registration before launch. The intended benefit is access from launch without an additional invitation queue, subject to adult identity verification, eligibility, the launch terms and service availability. The launch date, geographic rollout, pricing and final features are not set. A reservation is not a production Antix account and does not send launch emails unless a delivery service is connected and tested.
4. Handle changes and cancellation
You can edit, export or delete your reservation from your persona. Deletion releases the handle and removes the active reservation. Changing a handle releases the old one. SOCii Pty Ltd may need to address impersonation or rights conflicts before launch; any such decision should give a reason and an opportunity to respond. Founder status does not override another person’s rights.
5. Planned platform commitments
Feature descriptions are design commitments based on the pre-build specification, not evidence of live protections. Verification, anti-coordination controls, appeals, export for social content and the charter still require implementation and validation. No claim of immunity from bots, misinformation, harassment or influence campaigns is made.
6. Fair terms
Reservations are free and there is no payment obligation here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. Future material changes should be disclosed before requiring acceptance; these terms do not grant permission for undisclosed future identity collection or unrelated marketing.
